Surface Irrigation

This is a method of applying water to farms and crops. It uses an automated system of pumps, pipes, and sprinkler heads. It is also called center-pivot irrigation or lateral-move irrigation. Water is distributed through the air via rotating or moving sprinklers.

Drip line irrigation works by providing water and nutrients directly to the plant’s root zone. This system is designed to restrict water usage, reduce evaporation, and provide plants with the ideal amount of water.

This watering system is a controlled and efficient way of irrigating plants in farming, gardens, raised beds, and potted plants.

Surface irrigation is a method of applying water to crops by allowing it to flow over the soil surface. It is one of the oldest and most commonly used irrigation methods in agriculture. Surface irrigation systems can be classified into three major types: furrow, basin, and border systems.
